If you are Dati and planning to come to Israel and are thinking of renting a magnificent home that is less expensive than a 5* hotel this might just be the place for you. We are in the middle of Shaarei Chesed, an upscale Rechavia neighborhood, this beautifully house offers you a blend of old and new. with historic architecture and thriving synagogues in all directions. On the edge of Nachlaot and downtown Jerusalem, you can reach the Machane Yehuda marketplace and the shops and restaurants of Ben Yehuda Street easily on foot. Gan Sachar is nearby, inviting you to stroll pleasantly or jog on paths through the grassy fields. To access the rest of Jerusalem as well as journey the country, you’re only a brief walk from the Central Bus Station and Gesher Metarim (the Jerusalem Light Rail Bridge), the newest addition to the skyline.

This duplex house has four bedrooms and 2 ½ bathrooms, and can well accommodate up to 13-14 guests with a comfortable dining room and living room. The cozy bedrooms upstairs have closets and hanging space, allowing you to unpack and settle in. Arched windows accent the entire house, granting a feel of traditional Jerusalem to the modern dwelling.
Upon arrival at your vacation rental, we will meet you to acquaint you personally with the arear and premises. We make it a top priority to be available throughout your stay, and we will gladly provide assistance for any needs that may arise. We have 170 sq meters of space on 2 levels including 4 bedrooms each with 2 beds in excellent condition that can sleep 8 – 9 people comfortably plus 2 sofa couches for 4 for a total of 13 people plus a crib. Each room has solid good mattresses plus empty closet space so you will be able to unpack your suitcases. Each level has a central a/c unit with separate heating including lots of hot water. Our up to date kitchen offers modern up to-date appliances which include new meat and separate dairy ovens and separate sides with two sinks. Plus a new 4 door refrig and a filtered water system so no need to shlep bottles. From the front porch is a panoramic view to the Knesset and the Israel Museum.
On the 2nd level there is a washer and dryer, plus a full supply of towels, sheets, dishes, and TVs with digital cable and internet access. All your household necessities are included. price depends of days here and # of people

We are only one street to the Wolfson Shopping Center with lots of shops. On the 3rd level you can find The Wolfson Medical Center with a wonderful team of qualified doctors.
You will be a short walk to the city center, Ben Yehuda and the Old City, popular hotels are within walking distance and include the Jerusalem Plaza and the King David…don’t forget Green’s right up the street.

Great dira. Stayed 8 days. Amazing location. Linen towels included. Greens restaurant angels bakery and the Gra Shul right on block. Grocery store on corner. Gorgeous kitchen and living room and dining room. Best part of my trip. The Lazarus are gems. Gorgeous outdoor private porch. Great for morning coffee. Near everything. Cabs always around. Large comfortable rooms. Washer and dryer. Great showers and water pressure. Better than any hotel I could stay at. Very quite. Street closed on Shabboss. A hidden jewel on keren hakayemet. I can’t wait to go again. I’m so Jealous!!
